$1,850,000.00 VERDICT AGAINST LOCAL UROLOGIST

In 1995 a jury in Alexandria Circuit Court awarded one of Mr. Roche's clients a verdict for 1.85 million dollars against a local urologist for improper post surgical care following prostate surgery.

$1,750,000.00 SETTLEMENT WITH LANDLORD

This case involved a small child falling out a third floor window in a local apartment building. Mr. Roche's client received a total award of 1.75 million dollars for the resulting injuries.

$1,500,000.00 SETTLEMENT FOR DEFECTIVE EXERCISE MACHINE

This forty year old man was severely injured while using a piece of exercise machinery.  Suit was filed in the US District Court in Alexandria and the manufacturer eventually agreed to a 1.5 million dollar settlement.

$900,000.00 JURY VERDICT FOR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE

A client of Mr. Roche was severly injured as a result of the medical negligence of a physician resulting in a hysterectomy.  A local jury returned a verdict for $900,000.00 in that matter.

$800,000.00 SETTLEMENT FOR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE OF A LOCAL UROLOGIST

Mr. Roche's client in this case received a total of $800,000.00 in a Virginia medical malpractice action wherein the negligence of the physician resulted in the patient's loss of a kidney.

$750,000.00 AWARD TO CHILD INJURED FROM MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE

This small child was improperly treated at a local hospital resulting in brain impairment. After several weeks of trial, the case was settled for $750,000.00.

$600,000.00 AWARD FOR BRAIN INJURY RESULTING FROM AUTO ACCIDENT

This young woman represented by Mr. Roche was a passenger in a motor vehicle driven by a friend of hers. The motor vehicle went off the road causing neurological injuries to the plaintiff. The claim was eventually settled for a total of $600,000.00.

$400,000.00 TO WIDOW OF DECEASED MAN

This man suffered from sleep apnea and was inadequately monitored while in the hospital resulting in his death.

$350,000.00 TO ESTATE OF ELDERLY PATIENT

This man was improperly transfused with blood after cancer surgery resulting in his death.
